Nestled on the eastern flank of the valley, the Black Sage Bench features predominantly sandy soil, no natural irrigation, and hot afternoons. These conditions yield lower quantities of fruit, but with an intense, concentrated flavour. You will be led on four exceptional stops by your guide.
